REVISION POLICY
The number of revisions you receive depends on the package you choose, as outlined in your package details. We strive to offer excellent service to our customers and will keep revising your design until it meets your satisfaction. If the design concepts remain unchanged, you won’t incur any additional charges, and you can expect your revised design within 48 hours.
Please note that any changes or revisions requested after finalizing the logo designs will be considered a new order and will be subject to separate charges. We aim to provide clarity and transparency in our revision process, ensuring that you receive the best possible outcome for your design needs.
REFUND POLICY
Jaissweb Technologies Pvt Ltd refund policy will be nil if:
- You’ve selected a special package.
- The primary design concept is approved.
- You’ve requested revisions.
- Cancellation occurs due to reasons unrelated to the company.
- No contact with the company for over 2 weeks regarding the project.
- Company policies are violated.
- Approached another company or designer for the same project.
- Creative brief lacks required information.
- Demanded a complete design change.
- Claim surpasses the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
- Business closure or name change.
- Reasons like ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or others not related to service are not refundable under any circumstances.
- If dissatisfied with a specific service in a service bundle, refund applies only to that service, ‘not’ the entire bundle.
- No refunds after 15 days from the purchase date.
- Services such as Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting are non-refundable.
- Websites not eligible for refunds once design approval is given and site sent for development.
NOTE: Jaissweb Technologies Pvt Ltd reserves the right to decline any project or terminate the contract if deemed necessary. Upon receiving a refund, you forfeit all rights to use the designs for any purpose; they become the exclusive property of Jaissweb Technologies Pvt Ltd. The company will hold full ownership of the designs.
It is important to understand that Jaissweb Technologies Pvt Ltd has the authority to reject projects or end contracts when deemed appropriate. Once a refund is issued, you are not permitted to utilize the designs for any purpose as they will belong solely to Jaissweb Technologies Pvt Ltd. The company retains complete ownership of the designs.
